Volunteering at Global Action Network
There are a number of ways in which you can
apply your time and skills to spreading the word about animal rights.
We depend a great deal on our volunteers and appreciate their patience
and hard work. In turn, you expand your knowledge, experience the
inner workings of a grassroots movement, and gain the satisfaction
of working to alleviate animal suffering. If you feel that you can
contribute in any way please contact us.
You can help in the following ways:
4 grassroots outreach activities like demonstrations, giving
presentations to schools, tabling events, gathering petition signatures,
and meeting with elected officials.
4 write editorials, articles, and letters to the editor
4 distribute educational materials at your school or workplace
4 conduct library and on-line research
4 attend our events eg. lectures, demonstrations, meetings
4 office work such as preparing mailings, creating props
for demonstrations, computer inputting and work on special projects
